Urgent Staff Update

(1 August 2021)

Hi Everyone,

As you will now be aware the COVID-19 Delta strain has been detected and transmitted in areas not far from our office.  Accordingly, we are implementing some additional precautions to ensure our essential work in supporting our Home Care Clients, NDIS Participants and Nursing Home Residents can continue through this challenging time.

As per our existing COVID Safe Plan all staff are to arrive at the office with masks on.  Masks can be removed when working in an individual office or at a work station on the phones provided you remain socially distanced from one another (1.5m).  If you are unable to remain socially distanced or working close to someone, you must wear a mask.

As per our existing COVID Safe Plan if you have any COVID symptoms, have been asked to get a COVID test, or otherwise instructed to remain isolated; do not come into the office.  Call the office and advise us immediately.

Lucy’s Morning Tea

Unfortunately, the current situation means we will not be able to proceed with Lucy’s farewell morning tea as planned.  In response management has agreed to host a going away function for Lucy once the current lockdown is lifted to ensure she still gets a proper farewell.

Zane, Matt and Peter from Alignment will be working from home this week to help us reduce the number of people in the office.

Vaccination Reminder

A reminder again to all of you; as an employee at Heather Hill Group you are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine as you fall within the Stage 1B category.  If you need any assistance in organising a vaccination, again, please just let me know I am only too happy to assist.

Kind regards,
